Jax Embroidery – Online Store – Business Policy

1. What happens after you place your order?

After placing an order with Jax Embroidery, your first step will be to send us the art work (logo) that you want to be embroidered on the items you have purchased, this can be easily done by using our “Submit Graphics” tool on the top bar of our site.

Once your order has been approved, our art department will start digitizing your artwork. Digitizing is a service provided for free with your order. This will usually take between 1 to 4 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork. After this you will receive an embroidered proof of your logo for your approval. Only after you fully approve the embroidered design, your order will be sent to production.

Jax Embroidery will take between 1 to 5 business days to complete your order and it will be shipped immediately after. Shipping will take anywhere between 1 to 5 days depending on your location and the shipping method you chose when you placed the order.

2. Rush Orders

It is our goal to build a solid relation with our customers and to be known as the company who provides the best customer service of the market. If you feel you are in the need of placing a rush order, feel free to contact us so one of our reps will inform you about the fastest possible way to get your order ready. As long as the order doesn’t interfere with the orders of other customers your order will be rushed, and it will be rushed with absolutely no additional charges.

3. Volume Discounts

The volume discounts and prices posted for each of our items can be reached by mixing as many colors and sizes as you might need of a particular item. If the item offers men and women styles, you can even mix this two in orders to qualify for a better deal.
By simply adding pieces of a single style, our shopping cart will start applying discounted prices every time you break a greater volume level!!!

4. Claims and Returns

Jax Embroidery will gladly replace or credit any defective item that you might receive with your order. However Jax Embroidery will only consider that an item is defective when:
a. The item presents a manufacturer defect.
b. The embroidery on the item is defective, meaning that it doesn’t look like the pre production proof.
It is extremely important for the customer to pay close attention to the pre-production proof prior to approve it. If the customer approves a design and after the production is done, the customer decides that there was a mistake on it, Jax Embroidery will not consider this a defect and therefore will not replace or credit the item or items involved.

5. Sizes and Name Brands

Our online store contains a wide variety of items, produced by several different manufacturers. It must be clear for the customer that sizes of the products might vary from one maker to the other, therefore if you have concerns about the way a product fits, or feels, please contact us to purchase a non embroidered sample at a discounted price.
